Warfeather constructed the monument base and installed a prefabricated Minute man statue in front of the Headquarters Building at the 138th Fighter Wing in Tulsa, OK. The project was on an accelerated schedule to accommodate the retirement and change of command ceremonies for Col. Dan Burgy. As a Veteran, Mr. Oglesbee is especially proud of this project.
