JOINT VENTURE
AN INTEGRATED TEAM WITH A PASSION FOR FEDERAL DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT EXECUTION
Warfeather and Ross Group joined together to create Red Eagle JV based on our mutual management philosophies and practices.
Warfeather, LLC and Ross Group have joined forces to create Red Eagle Joint Venture (Red Eagle) with the goal of effectively serving Federal Government clients across the nation. Warfeather is a Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned (SDVOSB), 8(a),HUBZone small business, while Ross Group is a Native-American owned business. As indicated in our JV’s System for Award Management registration, Red Eagle is eligible for 8(a) contracts. As with our JV agreement, Red Eagle is more than happy to provide documentation indicating our status upon request.
Warfeather has been approved as a protégé to Ross Group under the Small Business Administration mentor-protégé program. After working together on a Claremore Indian Hospital renovation project for the Indian Health Services in Claremore, Oklahoma as a prime contractor and subcontractor, our two firms realized we had similar philosophies regarding working for the Federal Government, which led to us forming Red Eagle. Through this program and our resulting agreement, Ross Group will mentor Warfeather through this Government-established program designed to assist small businesses grow.
Together, Warfeather and Ross Group make an effective team, capable of successfully serving the Government. We have the resources, personnel, and construction experience to provide the technical knowledge, production capacity, and management expertise required.
